A way-finding system that promotes the Hamilton-Lauraville restaurant scene for non-residents.*
Hamilton-Lauraville is a Baltimore neighborhood experiencing a revitalization thanks in part to the investment of new businesses including several highly rated restaurants. These eateries are a great entry point for non-neighborhood residents to visit the community and spend money there.
Many of the neighborhood’s eateries specialize in serving local and/or farm-to-table food–a nod to the neighborhood’s roots as an agriculture community in the 1800s. Aerial photographs of pastoral farmland inspired the patchwork theme of the map.
